06:30 AM: We'll make sure to be prompt as we pick you up from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida. Our destination? The Nizamuddin Railway Station, where we'll catch a superfast train to Agra. Rest assured, you won't have to worry about tickets. We'll provide you with convenient e-tickets, which will be either sent to your email or given to you by our friendly representative.
09:50 am: On Arrival at Agra. Meet your local tour guide and visit to explore Taj Mahal. Welcome to the enchanting city of Agra, known as the city of love! As you step off the train at Agra Cantt, our friendly guide and driver will be eagerly waiting for you just outside the railway station exit. Look for your name on the board they'll be holding!
Our first destination will be the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, also known as one of the seven wonders of the world. This magnificent monument carries a captivating history of love and affection between Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It was built in the 16th century, showcasing their eternal bond.
11:30 pm: Start your exploration of Agra Fort! This magnificent structure will transport you back in time to the grand rule of the Mughals. As you wander through the fort walls, marvel at the history of not only Emperor Shah Jahan but also his illustrious great-grandfather, Akbar the Great. It was Akbar who laid the foundations of this fort in the mid-15th century. Take your time to soak in the rich heritage and spend approximately an hour here. Enjoy your visit!
12:30 pm: Enjoy a delightful lunch experience at the restaurant! Once we're done exploring the fort, let's head over to this amazing air-conditioned restaurant, where you'll be treated to various flavors and specialties from our vibrant city.
01:30 pm: Visit Fatehpur Sikri - After lunch, we head towards the ancient township of Fatehpur Sikri. See the Jama Masjid, which was built by Emperor Akbar as his private mosque. This town complex has beautiful and massive gateways on all four sides that lead to the places dedicated to his wives, Hindu princess Jodha Bai and Muslim princess Rukkaiya Begum, as well as the one dedicated to his most favored minister, Birbal.
05:00 pm: Take a drive to Agra Cantt. Go towards Agra Cantt Station to catch the train back to Delhi.
Train Departure: The train from Agra Cantt Station is scheduled to depart at 5:50 p.m. So, sit back and relax on your journey back to enjoy the ride.
