Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi
Upon your arrival in Varanasi, you will be greeted by our tour guide who will escort you to your hotel. After checking in and freshening up, we will head to the famous Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most important temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the narrow lanes and bustling markets around the temple complex before attending the evening Ganga Aarti at the Dashashwamedh Ghat. Witness the mesmerizing ritualistic ceremony as priests offer prayers to the sacred river Ganges. Back to hotel, enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Varanasi Sightseeing
Start your day with a boat ride on the Ganges during sunrise to witness the breathtaking beauty of the ghats and the morning rituals performed by the locals. After breakfast, visit the Sarnath, the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, and the Mulagandha Kuti Vihara to immerse yourself in the spiritual history of Buddhism. In the evening, visit the famous Bharat Mata Temple and the Tulsi Manas Temple to witness the intricate architecture and rich cultural significance. After completing the sightseeing, return back to the hotel. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3: Departure from Varanasi
On your last day in Varanasi, wake up early to visit the Annapurna Temple and partake in a traditional Indian breakfast. Explore the bustling markets of Varanasi and shop for souvenirs to take back home. Visit the Durga Temple and the Banaras Hindu University to get a glimpse of the vibrant academic and cultural life of the city. Finally, bid farewell to Varanasi as our tour guide drops you off at the varanasi airport or railway station for your onward journey.
